Aurelio Settimo Winer Dinner
Featuring Davide Boasso
Situated in a tiny hamlet of La Morra in Barolo, Aurelio Settimo is a traditional producer focusing on Nebbiolo and Dolcetto from their estate vineyards, all of which are within eyesight of the winery (a rarity in today’s production). Davide represents the fourth generation of winemakers whose passion is solely expressing the terroir-driven wines in minuscule quantities.
This intimate dinner in our private dining room will provide a convivial setting discussing all things Barolo, while Chef Ty prepares five courses paired with seven wines. Wines for the evening include an exclusive tasting of Rosato, as well as the iconic wines Rocche dell’Annuziata and Barolo Classico.
A light snack is provided.
