An unofficial Etna ambassador, Kevin has spent weeks in the region, interviewing producers and capturing its striking landscapes.

For this special evening, our Wine Director, Scott Thomas, and Kevin Day will guide us through a 8-wine lineup, sharing personal stories and breathtaking photography, while Chef Ty prepares a light, two-pasta dinner, complemented by charcuterie and dessert, all served around our community table.
