1st- Grilled Oyster with Preserved Tomato Butter, Calabrian Chili and Lemon

2nd- Salt Cod Fritelle with Whipped Creme Fraiche, Fennel Pollen and Sturgeon Caviar

3rd- Risotto ai Gamberi with Bottarga, Tomato and Poached Shrimp

4th- Cappelletti filled with Smoked Trout and Potato, Beurre Blanc, Aceto Balsamico, Crispy Fingerlings and Smoked Trout Roe

5th- Gemelli with Butter Poached Lobster, Truffle and Pecorino

6th- Skate wing Milanese with Capers and Arugula

7th- Grilled Scallop with Anchovy Aioli and Walnuts

8th- Tiramisu with Apple Compote, Cinnamon Ladyfingers and Mascarpone Sabayon
