The Slow Food Snail of Approval is an international award that brings attention to food businesses that embrace the Slow Food vision of good, clean and fair food for all.

Snail of Approval awardees are food businesses that are excelling in two or more of these areas: sourcing, environmental impact, cultural connection, community involvement, staff support, and/or business values.
