Elisabetta Fagiuoli is a winemaking legend and a dear friend, known for her immense compassion within the world of wine. Together with her late partner, Sergio, they transformed a wooded hillside into what is now recognized as one of Italy's greatest winemaking estates. She humbly produces native grape varieties such as Vernaccia, Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino in a style that can be simply described as “traditional.” The wines of Sono Montenidoli have become the beacon for defining Tuscany’s San Gimignano subregion.

We are beyond honored to host Elisabetta as she shares the story of Montenidoli around our 12-person communal table, offering an intimate experience filled with her larger-than-life personality and authentic wines, many of which have been featured on our wine list since the beginning.
