Tolaini Wine Dinner
Featuring Francesco Rosi
Join us for our first wine dinner of 2024 with Francesco Rosi, winery manager and head enologist at Tolaini Estate.
Tolaini is considered one of Chianti Classico's top wineries thanks to a philosophy that marries both tradition and modernity. Founded by Pier Luigi Tolaini in 1998 and now run by his daughter, Lia Tolaini Banville, this Castelnuova Bernadenga estate has garnered a reputation for both Sangiovese-based wines and Bordeaux varieties.
Expect an evening filled with great conviviality, as Francesco leads the conversation around our communal table while Chef Ty prepares five traditional courses paired with six exceptional wines, including the highly sought-after Mello Sangiovese, two vintages of Gran Selezione, and Valdisanti.
