Vietti Wine Dinner

with Urs Vetter

Few wineries in Italy, let alone the world, have a legacy like Vietti. The family helped shape what we now know as the world-renowned Barolo and Barbaresco regions, revived nearly extinct grapes such as Arneis, and invested in new territories, spearheading the revival of Timorasso.

We’ll celebrate these remarkable accomplishments while sampling six classic Piedmontese wines, including Barolo and Barbaresco, perfectly paired with Chef Ty’s five Piedmont-inspired courses. Urs, who oversees all world export markets and is a passionate advocate for everything Piedmont, will preside at our communal table, sharing his wisdom and anecdotes from this historic winery.

We are thrilled to host this event as the kickoff to our 2025 wine dinner series.
