Vinity Wine Dinner
with Lorenzo Capriotti
We are thrilled to announce a special wine dinner featuring Lorenzo Capriotti and the exciting wines of Vinity Wine Company.
When it comes to discovering outstanding Italian wines, the importer’s name on the back label can be a mark of assurance. Vinity is one of those trusted names, consistently bringing us wines from authentic, small, family-run producers across the Italian peninsula.
Lorenzo, affectionately known as "Enzo," represents the second generation in his family’s importing business. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the wine industry, Enzo spent his summers in Italy’s Marche region, savoring his grandfather’s Montepulciano and immersing himself in Italian food and wine culture. Today, Lorenzo is an ambassador for the remarkable portfolio his father has built, representing winemaking friends from across the pond.
This unique dinner will showcase wines from multiple regions and esteemed producers, allowing Chef Ty and our culinary team to craft a "greatest hits" menu. Featured wines include the renowned Francesco Rinaldi Barolo and Caprilli Brunello di Montalcino, along with hidden gems like Trentino’s Revi, Etna’s Palari, Campania's I Favati, and Lorenzo’s uncle’s estate from the Marche, Poderi San Lazzaro.
This night promises to be one of intimate conviviality as we gather 12 guests around our community table, offering full access to Lorenzo’s expertise. Together, we’ll celebrate five signature Restaurant Olivia-style courses, perfectly paired with seven of Vinity’s finest wines.
